RIYADH, Saudi Arabia — September 1, 2026 — At LEAP 2026, one of the world’s leading technology events, ITWorx, a global partner in AI, digital transformation and cloud services, and Red Sea Global (RSG), a PIF company and the visionary developer behind The Red Sea, AMAALA, and a growing portfolio of world-class destinations have signed a  strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore opportunities to accelerate AI-powered digital transformation across Saudi Arabia’s next generation of destinations.

The agreement brings together ITWorx’s expertise in AI, software development, cloud and enterprise transformation with RSG’s ambition to pioneer a new model for regenerative tourism and destination development. Together, the organizations will explore the co-creation, delivery and scaling of digital solutions across hospitality, real estate, transport, sustainability and tourism, supporting the Kingdom’s broader digital transformation ambitions under Saudi Vision 2030.

Announced at LEAP 2026, the world’s most attended tech event bringing together technology leaders, innovators and investors from across the world, the partnership reflects the growing role of AI in shaping Saudi Arabia’s rapidly evolving technology ecosystem. It also highlights how advanced digital capabilities can help translate the Kingdom’s ambitious giga-projects into intelligent, connected and sustainable experiences.

Under the MoU, the collaboration will focus on exploring a range of high-impact opportunities spanning both the visitor experience and destination operations. Potential areas of collaboration include AI-powered guest experiences, digital concierge services, smart mobility and wayfinding, operational automation, digital twins, data platforms, custom applications and cloud infrastructure, as well as technologies supporting sustainability, including carbon tracking, AI-driven energy optimization and ESG reporting. The collaboration will also explore opportunities to enhance the Jewar Super App, strengthen local technology capabilities through a potential KSA delivery hub and talent development initiatives, and scale successful solutions across RSG’s growing portfolio and partner ecosystem.

RSG is setting new global standards for regenerative tourism, sustainability, and destination development and this collaboration opens another avenue to harness AI and emerging technologies as it continues to develop destinations designed to set new global benchmarks for tourism, sustainability and innovation. As Saudi Arabia accelerates its transformation under Vision 2030, partnerships that bring together technology expertise with the ambition and scale of the Kingdom’s giga-projects will play an increasingly important role in turning that vision into reality.

Sultan Moraished, Group Head of Technology and Corporate Excellence at Red Sea Global, said:
“LEAP brings together the visionaries, innovators, and technology leaders shaping the future, making it the ideal platform to announce this collaboration. As we continue to develop world-class destinations, we are focused on identifying and scaling technologies that deliver meaningful impact across guest experiences, sustainability, mobility, and operations. We look forward to working with ITWorx to explore how AI and advanced digital solutions can help us accelerate our innovation agenda and establish new benchmarks for smart, regenerative destinations.”

ITWorx’s portfolio of digital accelerators, including WorkWise Agentic AI Suite, will form part of the areas being explored for potential collaboration. These capabilities can support opportunities spanning digital employee experiences, AI adoption and operational efficiency, complementing RSG’s broader technology and innovation ambitions.

Asser Ezzo, CEO of ITWorx, said:
“There could be no more fitting platform than LEAP to announce a collaboration focused on shaping what comes next. Saudi Arabia is not simply adopting the technologies of tomorrow; it is creating new models for how people will live, work and experience destinations. Red Sea Global is at the forefront of that ambition, and we are excited to bring our AI and digital transformation expertise to that journey. Together, we see an opportunity to create intelligent, connected and sustainable experiences that deliver lasting value for guests, communities and the Kingdom’s growing technology ecosystem.”
