As part of the Microsoft Citizenship Seminars 2010, ITWorx presented its Government Performance Management service offering, ITWorx GPM, in the “IT in Government: Highlighting Efficiency in Government Organizations” seminar on April 6, 2010 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

ITWorx GPM gives governments the capability to cascade, share, track, and update strategies and plans organization-wide to ensure accurate execution on all levels. It enables performance evaluation, improvement, and accountability; and it creates consolidated and detailed views of multi-source Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using customized scorecards, dashboards, strategy maps, information feed/data entry methods, statistical charts, and reports, as well as provides ad-hoc analytical and reporting tools.

The seminar series is part of Microsoft’s corporate social responsibility activities that aim at fostering the use of information technology in the Saudi society. Through these seminars, Microsoft and its partners present and discuss best practices in the use of IT in government organizations. Attendees included CIOs, technology strategists, performance and quality officers, technology advocates, and IT senior staff from Saudi public sector entities.
