2016 Summer Internship Program started on the 1st of August and lasted for 6 weeks till the 8th of September. The program entailed a whole new level of internship experience through several sessions, trainings, team building activities, meeting with ITWORX executives, graduation ceremony, and many other activities. Especially that the number of applications reached 2800 so far, which is 25% more than last year applicants.
One of the unique things in ITWORX internship program is the on-boarding program. Just before the interns start the real work, they go through 3 days of orientation and trainings. On the very first day, the interns got a presentation about ITWORX corporate profile, delivered by ITWORX's CEO, Hafez Hamdy. On the following days, they got a set of soft-skills trainings conducted by ITWORX talent management specialists.
In addition to that, throughout the internship duration, they received several technical sessions about the latest trends in new technologies; including cloud, big data and UX. They also had an exclusive look at ITWORX's newest product; ITWORX Hub.
