ITWorx announced today the kick off of its sponsorship program for the Egyptian students participating in the Microsoft Imagine Cup Competition held in Delhi, India. The Imagine Cup competition is an annual International event organized and sponsored by Microsoft challenging the world’s most creative and talented students by giving them the opportunity to showcase their excellence and competencies in diverse range of technical and artistic pursuits.

In demonstration of its corporate social responsibility, ITWorx is hosting the Egyptian team competing for the Imagine Cup. The team of four young Cairo University Computer Science students has been selected through a highly challenging competition held by Microsoft Egypt to compete for the Software Design Invitational category.

"We are extremely excited to be hosting the winners of the Egyptians qualifiers for the Imagine Cup!” said Wael Amin, ITWorx president. “We are convinced that Egypt has world class development talent, and this gives us fun and exciting opportunity to prove it" he added.

In support of the ambitious team, ITWorx has provided the needed working environment including the working location, machines and facilities that the team shall be using in their quest for success. ITWorx is also dedicating a team of software experts who are able to provide mentorship and project management support to those students.
