ITWorx announced today the completion of Phase 1 of the ictQatar project encompassing the successful nationwide deployment of Knowledge Net, a Microsoft Learning Gateway (MLG) framework-based solution, in 12 Independent Schools in Qatar, with over 1000 hours of user training, and 18 months of onsite support. Qatar’s Supreme Council of Information and Communication Technology (ictQatar) turned to Microsoft to recommend one of its education partners to deploy, customize, and provide onsite support of MLG in Qatar’s Independent Schools. Microsoft chose ITWorx for its regional experience, reputation, quality standards, and processes. Microsoft entrusted ITWorx to meet and exceed the expectations of the Qatari government.

The project was an A-Z service offering that encompassed consulting, development, customization, integration, training, and support. The upshot of the project was 7000 hours of effort, full deployment of 12 national schools, over 1000 hours of user-training, and 18 months of onsite support.
