ITWorx announced today the launch of du’s self-care web portal hosting a wide array of e-services for du customers. The portal was delivered in record time at the official launch of the newly established national telecommunications operator. du, the UAE’s second national telecommunications operator, turned to ITWorx to develop a one-stop-shop web portal that would provide du’s customers with a wide variety of online services like electronic top-up, mobile usage reports, account management, and online bill payment.
