ITWorx announced today that it has successfully completed a formal Capability Maturity Model integration Level 3 appraisal. The Software Engineering Institute’s (SEI) CMMi is a world recognized quality certificate for software that ascertains, through the use of independent appraisers, the maturity level of company software processes.

“The processes required for the third level of CMMi helped ITWorx formalize its rapid growth rate in terms of size, development centers, service diversity, new technologies and skills.” Said Reem Al Ansary, ITWorx Quality Manager “Being CMMi Level3 certified, demonstrates management’s ongoing commitment to improving the efficiency of software development processes and in turn, the quality of software. All employees, on all levels worked very hard to achieve this goal.” She continued.

The SEI's core purpose is to help others make measured improvements in their software engineering capabilities. The SEI employs only 100 lead assessors worldwide capable of granting this certification.
