§        Consultancy
Creating the perfect fit between IT solutions and customer business requirements starts by sound consulting. Evaluating the learning institution requirements, formulating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), planning architecture, and designing education systems and environments, present a closed-loop service that ITWorx offers to education customers to ensure that what they get is what satisfies their needs and meets their challenges.

§        Development
According to the needs of each education institution, ITWorx custom-develops webparts and modules with the purpose of offering end-user tailored functionality and maximum flexibility. In addition, ITWorx helps learning institutions leverage their investment in other information systems, customizing Microsoft Learning Gateway (MLG) to integrate with other School Information Systems and/or Learning Management Systems. ITWorx also helps achieve consistency through customizing MLG to fit the institution’s look and feel.

§        Localization
ITWorx has a track record in localizing several learning solutions. Including, but not limited to language settings, ITWorx localizes the entire solution (framework, portal, application, etc.) to present a version that is particular to the needs of a specific country/region.

§        Deployment
Deployment services at ITWorx are structured to ease the complexities and challenges of deploying MLG. Using solution designs that comply with Microsoft Windows Server System Reference Architecture (WSSRA) standards enables best practice-based design of an IT infrastructure. Standardization is thus driven across the platform by applying sound architectural principles around security, manageability, and other factors to ensure a consistent approach to the deployment of IT services.

ITWorx infrastructure team then deploys the framework using standardized design documents, which guarantees first-pass deployment. Automating a great portion of deployment steps also eliminates human errors and the need for testing and rework.

§        Training
ITWorx provides two types of training; Technical Training and End-User Training. Technical Training leverages hands-on labs to walk attendees through the MLG framework and infrastructure, as well as provide them with the needed skill set to implement, deploy, and build on the solution. End-User Training orients teachers with MLG, arming them with the skills and knowledge needed to smoothly use it.

§        Technical Support
ITWorx technical support experts are empowered with the necessary knowledge and training to troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to customers. Technical experts are trained to provide this support remotely, however support is provided onsite when needed.
