ITWorx Education™ ESSC™ (Education Solutions Support Center) provides technical assistance to Microsoft subsidiaries and education partners around the globe. The center’s mission is to enhance the technical capacity of these subsidiaries and partners and offer them professional support services and training (workshops) for their Microsoft-based educations solutions, hence complementing Microsoft e-learning software solutions worldwide. The ESSC covers the spectrum of Microsoft education solutions including: Microsoft Learning Gateway (MLG) framework, MLG 2005, MLG Refresh for MOSS 2007, SLK, and Microsoft Learning Network Manager (LNM). The ESSC also offers support packages for technical issues and post-sales support.
