New Created users receive an error when trying to navigate to 'My school' in learning gateway Portal

Solution

You have to Set default web site for each user as the following:

Configure each user with the URL to their home portal e.g. for a student it could be http://portal.demo.edu/schools/Amstel/students/.The list of URLs applicable to the user is stored in AD under the multi-valued attribute URL.

1. To do this, run Active Directory Users and Computers, and select the appropriate User.
2. On the General tab.
3. Click Other next to the Web Page field.
4. Enter the URL to the user's home portal into the New Value field, and click Add.
