Teacher can't sign in to My Classes page.
Problem
Teacher can't sign into My Classes page.
Solution
Make sure you modify the directory security in IIS Manager as the following:
- In the default SPS web site properties From the Directory Security tab, select Basic authentication and ensure no other authentication types are checked.
- Expand default SPS web site, locate the DataService2 folder under CSWebApp folder, right-click and select Properties
- From the Directory Security tab, select Integrated Windows authentication and ensure that no other authentication types are checked.
