Class Server Backup Error 70057

Problem

While running the Class server 4 Backup tool you get an error number 70057

Solution

1. Run class server configuration
2. Click on configure button
3. Click on Data Storage tab
4. In the Server file storage section, server data folder field type the local path of the storage folder i.e. c:\classserverLRM Instead of the UNC i.e.  \\ServerName\classServerLRM
5. click on save & configure
6. run the backup tool
