Problem

Teacher can't sign into My Classes page.

Solution

Make sure you modify the directory security in IIS Manager as the following:

1. In the default SPS web site properties From the Directory Security tab, select Basic authentication and ensure no other authentication types are checked.
2. Expand default SPS web site, locate the DataService2 folder under CSWebApp folder, right-click and select Properties
3. From the Directory Security tab, select Integrated Windows authentication and ensure that no other authentication types are checked.
