With his long consulting and IT services experience, Youssri Helmy is highly regarded in the industry for his integrity, creativity and leadership skills. His impressive resume spans 15 years during which he was actively mastering new technologies, and applying them to solve real-world problems. He fast leveraged his skill and experience into a number of successful startups.

Youssri co-founded ITWorx in 1994. Under his leadership, ITWorx grew into a full-service professional IT services company well-known and respected for its innovative solutions and high-quality deliverables. During this time he was instrumental in securing two rounds of multi-million dollar private financing in order to fuel this rapid growth. After the NetCelera/Swan acquisition, Youssri was appointed CTO and VP of Business Development of SwanLabs. Prior to ITWorx, Youssri co-founded and was the Technical Director of Pie Practical Solutions, a graphics software development company.
