He fast leveraged his skill and experience into a number of successful startups.

Youssri co-founded ITWorx in 1994. Under his leadership, ITWorx grew into a full-service professional IT services company well-known and respected for its innovative solutions and high-quality deliverables. During this time he was instrumental in securing two rounds of multi-million dollar private financing in order to fuel this rapid growth. After the NetCelera/Swan acquisition, Youssri was appointed CTO and VP of Business Development of SwanLabs. Prior to ITWorx, Youssri co-founded and was the Technical Director of Pie Practical Solutions, a graphics software development company.
