Reem Ansary
Vice President, Total Quality Management

Since her joining in 1999 as a Quality Engineer, Reem has dramatically improved ITWorx quality standards and demonstrated repeated success in driving institutional quality and business process improvements throughout her career.

In 2006, Reem was promoted to Vice President of Total Quality Management. In her new role, she leads the Quality division, which she established in 2000, spanning testing, quality assurance, process improvement, and organizational performance. Reem is now accountable for the Quality of the entire organization, and ensures that internal processes and metrics are aligned to create the highest product quality and competitive advantage.

Reem is also responsible for the organization’s performance to ensure that business goals and objectives are met. In addition, she also leads quality standard initiatives like CMM and ISO. In 2005, Reem managed to raise the organization’s CMM maturity to level 3.

Reem graduated from the American University in Cairo in 1992 where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. Reem is the loving mother of 3 beautiful daughters and resides with her husband in Cairo.
