With over 15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, Hafez is a seasoned executive with core competencies in strategy, organization and management. He has been a member of the ITWorx leadership team since 2003 taking on several responsibilities towards growing the company business and establishing its global presence.

Hafez served as Sales Manager for Middle East and Africa where he lead the initiative of instituting ITWorx as a major IT player in the region, and helped build ITWorx presence in Saudi Arabia and UAE. He then took on the role of Marketing Director emphasizing ITWorx branding and messaging, and leading vertical targeting and productization strategies.

Recently, Hafez undertook an offshore assignment to establish ITWorx presence in Qatar. Within that denomination, he is working to build a killer team and a network of partners to propel ITWorx business in this strategic market witnessing phenomenal growth and holding enormous potential.

Through his career, Hafez held many leading roles in a number of local and multinational companies including P&G, Protech and Vodafone; helping develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, as well as creating sales and marketing departments, partner networks, solution offerings, and new markets.

Hafez holds a BSc in Computer Science from the American University in Cairo, where he also received his MBA specializing in marketing and international business.
