Since ITWorx inception, Corporate Social Responsibility has been an important component of its culture, and in 2007 it became part of our strategy and how we operate. We recognize that our long-term success depends on our ability to gain access to new resources, create strong relationships with key stakeholders, manage operations responsibly and efficiently as well as contribute to community development.

In today's competitive business environment, Corporate Social Responsibility has further taken on an increasingly strategic role, driving us to further add value to and stress our commitment for having sound policies, practices, and programs that address Academia and Community Service.

Recognizing that Corporate Social Responsibility is a dynamic concept, we at ITWorx are committed to continue expanding our knowledge and understanding of social issues that affect, and are affected by our operations in order to integrate that knowledge into how we do business, and to continually improve our performance in this important area.

Academia Bridge

ITWorx elected a dedicated team of professionals to form the Academia Bridge panel in Q1 of 2006 aiming to strengthen the relationship between ITWorx; representing the software industry at large, and students and academic institutes. The Academia Bridge program fosters several academic programs like Job Shadowing, Internships, Seminars, Career Days, and Graduation Projects’ Sponsorships.
