An internship is an exciting short-term paid or unpaid work experience that translates what students learn in the classroom into valuable working knowledge. Internships are a great way to explore careers and gain information for the future.
ITWorx interns are considered employees. They have access to all facilities, events, and perks. Interns are encouraged to blend right in and infuse in the culture. They shouldn’t be afraid to challenge themselves or ask for more difficult assignments. Their primary goal should be learning. They are urged to make an effort to meet as many people as possible and attend as many events as they can.
